1.     Timely diagnosis.It's need a comprehensive method when doing diagnosis,based on the time and quantity of disease,the condition of feeding management and sanitation,sources of feedstuff and water,the epidemics have occurred in the past,the injection of vaccination,symptoms,inspection of death,and so on,to make a reliable diagnosis.

2.     Isolation and blockade.When infectious diseases occured on cattle,isolating the sick,suspicious infected cattle from the healthy ones,treating them differently.In the case of a thorough disinfection,isolating the sick ones in the original shed,with especial care and emergency treatment. Suspicious ones,should be transfered after the disinfection,managed separately,and have a injection for immunization,if the disease don't occur in 1-2 weeks,the restrictions could be cancelled. Healthy cattle and the sick,suspicious ones should have injection immediately after the separately feeding.When outbreak the disease,such as: foot and mouth disease,rinderpest,bluetongue, contagious pleuropneumonia,farms should cooperate with the local animal husbandry department,implementing a strict isolation, quarantine and culling measures on the cattle.
